One of my favourite moments spent driving out on the Ring of Beara is when you come to this spot and take the time to stop and look behind you ! Or indeed if you are coming in the other direction as this view is laid out in front of you it’s a spectacular sight ! All of what is wonderful about Beara is here at this place, the rugged mountains sweeping down to the see, the perfectly placed road, a picturesque sheep farm, the wild Atlantic ocean and of course ever changing light.
